Purpose of RFP

We are recruiting independent advisors with specific sector knowledge to join our advisory council. The
purpose of forming this group is to have a bench of resources to support our sales teams in prospecting and
onboarding new clients as well as working with existing clients.

Scope of Work

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Attending video calls with prospects and clients where you can speak to your expertise in that customer’s line of work
Assisting in the creating of submission packets that are sent to our underwriters
Participating in calls with underwriters to discuss client risks
Participating in client presentations of key findings

Qualifications & Experience

Expertise in the Oil & Gas Sector

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, with a strong background
in safety and risk management.

Proposal Requirements

Detailed Approach & Methodology

Please provide a detailed explanation of how you would approach our advisory services. This may include past
relevant experience; and your process for assessing risks, developing solutions, and ensuring the client’s
needs are met. Please provide 500 words maximum.

Cost Structure/Fees

Projects will be billed hourly. Please provide your hourly rate. It is anticipated this position would require 3-5
hours per week with the ability to increase as we mutually succeed.

Contractual Agreement: A formal contract will be signed with the selected contractor, outlining specific deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
Non-Disclosure and Conflict of Interest: An NDA will be in place, and conflicts of interest will not be tolerated.
